I am excited to announce my interest in running for Mayor of Homer Glen in 2027!

One of my commitments is championing our local small businesses, particularly the family-run establishments that play a vital role in our community. These businesses not only contribute to Homer Glen’s economy but also help maintain our town's unique character by actively participating in local events, charitable initiatives, and sponsorships.

These entrepreneurs are dedicated to the long-term success of our community, focusing on growth alongside the residents. Having been raised in a family business, and having married into one as well, I fully understand the dedication and sacrifices required to build a thriving operation. It demands strong values, hard work, and resilience.

As we celebrate National Small Business Week from May 3 to May 9, 2026, let’s show our support for the stores and companies in Homer Glen by choosing to shop local!

This passion for supporting our businesses is one of the driving forces behind my decision to run for mayor. I am committed to prioritizing their needs while ensuring the financial health of our village. More to come, thank you!

Your Questions, Answered

  • “This is a nonpartisan race, and I am focused on serving the whole community regardless of anyone’s party. I understand the question, but my campaign is focused on the village, not a political party. I’m asking voters to look at my priorities first, which are being professional and accountable. I’d like to discuss the values of the residents and how we can guide Homer Glen into the top rank of being the most extraordinary Community and Nature in Harmony suburb in Chicago.”

  • “I am an advocate for preserving open space and maintaining the assets of Homer Glen; the opulence of Homer Glen is its environment and natural biomes. Additionally, I am a supporter of sustaining farmland as well as historical integrity. I was actively involved in the 2022-2023 Will County Parker Hadley Road Expansion opposition, in which I, along with neighbors and community members, gathered to ask the Township, Village, and County to halt the project. I was also involved in the 143rd Street Expansion opposition and vocalized the need for clearer language and communication. This is why I established “Parker Hadley Preservation” in 2023 because there was a need to keep residents and stakeholders informed about local projects that would affect their homes and livelihoods. My webpage continues to serve as an informative source for Will County residents.”

  • “I’m qualified to lead Homer Glen because I have interacted with many residents through the past four years and heard their stories, challenges and feedback. Homer Glen needs a leader that can deliver results, and as a forward-oriented thinker, I embrace new ideas and improvement. I harness opportunities that will encourage creative growth, harmony and potential. Additionally, I come from a very large family which has helped me master interpersonal skills; I’m a valuable team player. I take pride in a strong performance management system.”
